1. I'm not sure what size I should order. Where do I seek assistance from?
Please direct all your queries to our Instagram Page. Our customer service representative will get back to you at the earliest. Meanwhile, you can refer to our Size Charts available on the website.
2. What is your Return/Refund/Exchange Policy?
We do not offer any Returns/Refunds on any of our products. In case you would like to exchange your product due to sizing issues, please drop us a message on our Instagram shop for further assistance.
Our exchange policy is applicable for our Maternity Jeans only, valid until a week after receiving your order. Beyond that, no exchange requests will be entertained.
Braxton Kicks reserves the right to cancel any exchange requests if the product we receive back was found to be used upon evaluation.
3. What payment methods can I use?
You have either of the two options
A. Choose our Cash on Delivery option
B. Choose to Bank Transfer the account.
Please drop us a message on our Instagram Shop Account for Bank Details if you choose this option. Order will only be confirmed when we receive proof of payment from the customer's end.
4. What are your Delivery Charges?
Our delivery charges are Rs.300 for shipment anywhere across Pakistan.
